1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jigsaw Puzzle Girls at https://puzzle.realmrift.online (the "Game"). By opening or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. The service

Jigsaw Puzzle Girls is a free-to-play, browser-based puzzle game. You select levels from the home screen, swap cards to restore an image, complete a tutorial and progressive levels, and may see a short completion video after clearing a stage. Settings let you toggle sound effects, music, and vibration. Progress is kept on your device. There is no user registration flow and no in-game store checkout on this site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Game. Puzzle images and completion videos may depict suggestive or adult-oriented content; do not use the Game if you are under 18 or if such content is not lawful for you to view. If you use the Game on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

4. License to play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), resell, or redistribute the Game's code, level art, audio, or videos.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, or interfere with the website, CDN, or related infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to bypass level unlock logic in a way that harms other players or our systems.
• Do not use automated bots to scrape assets or flood analytics/ad endpoints.
• Do not use the Game for unlawful activity.

6. Advertising

The Game may display third-party advertisements or load advertising/measurement scripts (such as Google AdSense or similar partners). Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or destinations they link to. Your interactions with ads may be governed by those parties' own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Game name, layout, software, level images, UI graphics, audio, and reward videos are owned by us or our licensors. Viewing them in the browser to play does not transfer ownership to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify levels, difficulty, media, features, or take the Game offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because progress is stored locally, clearing browser data, switching devices, or using private browsing can reset your unlocks — that is expected behavior, not a defect we must restore from a server account (we do not operate player accounts).

9. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Puzzle play, audio, vibration, and video playback depend on your device and browser capabilities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data (including local progress), profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed USD 50.

11. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or if we shut down or replace the service. You may stop using the Game at any time by leaving the site and clearing local data if you wish.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
